What is your yoga?

Adrienne has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training after adjusting her life to focus on joy and fulfillment.

Bringing over a decade of teaching and facilitation experience to the mat, Adrienne is at her best when she is working with others and guiding them to be and do their best.

Teaching classes that she would love to take, her playful approach to yoga shines through in the inclusive, safe, and welcoming environment that she creates.

As the self-professed queen of activities, Adrienne has recently learned how to play pickleball, taken up downhill skiing, and started fly fishing. When she isn't on the mat you can find her enjoying a good book from the library, cooking (and eating), hiking, paddling, or camping as much as possible.

So, the question is…

Can we do a yoga?
